New/Unused items can be returned as long as the return request form is submitted and the return is shipped within 1 year of the date of order. Returned items must be in new condition, and include all parts. Photos must be provided for all returns.

Get started by filling out a return request form at the bottom of this page. We will then review your submission and notify you of the approval or rejection within 2 days. If you are not returning a ski simply select "not a ski" in the model drop down section.
